All orders can only be shipped to your home or office address (No PO Box). All orders are unable to be adjusted once processed. Ensure your submitted shipping address is correct. Halo Apparel does not take any responsibility of shipment to the wrong address.

Deliveries will only be done on business days, not weekend or public holidays. Office Hours are from Monday – Friday. Deliveries might be interrupted during peak periods & festive season. All orders are traceable. Once you have placed your order, you will find the tracking number and instructions in the email confirmation when your items are dispatched.
